Pop the Prosecco

Look at the color! The number one thing that stands out from its sparkling sisters! A nice clear complexion with a touch of green - do you see it?

How about that nose of honeysuckle? Aromas of floral and can you smell the citrus? Crisp and clean, like a sunny day after the rain - it almost tickles your nose. Tasting the bubbles on first sip, the wine is traditionally considered on the “dryer” side but can also taste quite sweet while sipping depending on what you are eating. Clean palate, you catch the effervescent taste with no question it is wine. Some taste green apple, peach, or even lemon in prosecco wines. The crisp taste yields slight tannins as it grips your tongue.

This is a wine I want to follow and expand my knowledge in tasting. Though many can agree I’ve had plenty of “practice,” I’m now ready to dive deeper and understand the specifics behind this sparkling.

La Marca is a classic favorite - well-priced and most appropriate for any occasion. It’s the easiest bottle to gift or pour at a party. It pairs perfectly with fun foods like sushi, salads, dry & sugary desserts. Many also say it goes best by itself! La Marca has even stepped up its promotional campaigns with exciting lifestyle images and motivating leadership councils. It’s certainly a brand to follow.

Receiving the official Italian quality standard labels, Prosecco wines must receive approval meeting all factors and produced in the specific region. Predominantly from Northeast Italy, Prosecco reigns from Veneto, Italy, along the coast.
